James Diaper joins Strutt & Parker’s broker team in London

James Diaper

Strutt & Parker has appointed James Diaper as a director in its broker team, marking another senior hire in prime London.

Diaper will focus on the prime and super-prime markets in north London, covering areas including Hampstead, Highgate, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill and Camden.

He joins from Savills, where he spent 12 years and led the Hampstead office from 2019. With 15 years’ experience in the north London market, he specialises in transactions above £5m, primarily in the traditional family home sector.

Claire Reynolds, UK head of sales at Strutt & Parker, commented: “James has built an exceptional reputation in our industry and in his local market. His track record speaks for itself, but the relationships he has built with clients in the area are equally as impressive. He is a crucial addition to our brokerage team, and an asset to our office network, as we expand our services into key growth markets.”

Strutt & Parker recently established a brokerage team to operate alongside its existing Prime Central London office network, following investment from shareholder BNP Paribas last year. The move forms part of the firm’s expansion plans and efforts to increase its presence in additional markets.

Diaper commented: “Delivering a trusted, client-focused service is something I pride my professional career on, and I look forward to doing this alongside many agents I’ve spent much of my career working in conjunction with. North London is both my home and my specialised market, and I look forward to servicing clients with the high-quality service Strutt & Parker is well known for.”

Mark Flint

Moveli has expanded its presence in Bath with the appointment of local agent Mark Flint, who has more than 36 years’ experience in the city’s property market, including work involving listed and heritage buildings.

The agency, founded eight years ago, operates a network of more than 80 agents across the UK under a broker-led model that supports self-employed property professionals.

Moveli’s co-founder Ben Littlewood said: “Moveli is building real momentum across the UK, and attracting experienced professionals like Mark reflects the strength of our model. We’re focused on assembling the most capable agents in each market and continuing to raise the standard of service in the upper sector.”

Dino Wilson joins Robert Anthony Estate Agents

Dino Wilson has joined Robert Anthony Estate Agents as a senior negotiator, strengthening the firm’s team in Child’s Hill, NW2.

He brings local market experience to the role and will support buyers and sellers across the patch as the agency continues its activity in the area.

Reflecting on the appointment, Robert Anthony’s managing director, Adam Feather, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Dino to the team. He brings strong local knowledge and experience across the north west London market, which will further strengthen our presence in Child’s Hill and the surrounding areas.
