Kevin Patullo is not the most beloved person in Philly currently, but he wants to let fans know that involving his family is not the answer.

Kevin Patullo is having what may be the hardest week of anyone in the NFL this season.

While the rest of the Eagles can rest on their championship rings, Patullo is the scapegoat, appointed the reason the recipe is different in 2025. After being promoted to offensive coordinator following the departure of Kellen Moore to the New Orleans Saints as their new head coach, it has been nothing but a disaster for the first-time OC.

When they win, it's his fault they didn't win by more. A.J. Brown is complaining to the media? It's his fault. Is Saquon Barkley not half of what he was in 2024? Patullo's fault. We've reached a point where head coach Nick Sirianni has had to come to the defense of his playcaller, whom he's worked with since becoming a head coach years ago, when Patullo was a pass coordinator.

Even though he's doubled and tripled down on Patullo not being a reason why the Eagles have lost back-to-back games, and their offense is sputtering like a broken-down KIA, the fans won't listen. After their most recent loss, Sirianni confirmed that no changes would be made at the coordinator position, and a group of angry Eagles fans took it into their own hands (literally) to try to push Patullo out of Philadelphia.

The angsty bunch filmed themselves throwing verbal jabs and rocks at Patullo's house, pleading for the criticized playcaller to quit and let someone else take up the mantle. He spoke about the incident on Wednesday.

"This is a great sports town," Patullo said. "[I] have loved coaching and living here for the last five years. [I] get there will be criticism. … When it involves your family, it obviously crosses the line."

Patullo and the Eagles will look to put the incident and their losing streak behind them as they travel to California this weekend to take on the Los Angeles Chargers.
