The San Francisco 49ers still have to play the Carolina Panthers on Monday night at Levi's Stadium, but next week they'll take on the Cleveland Browns, whose quarterback situation is completely up in the air right now.
With Deshaun Watson on injured reserve, Cleveland started Joe Flacco for the first four games of the season before trading the Super Bowl champion to the Cincinnati Bengals. Rookie Dillon Gabriel started the team's next six games before suffering an injury.

Sanders became the first Browns quarterback since the team was re-established in Cleveland to win his first start, as he completed 55% of his passes for 209 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
With that, many are wondering if the Browns will continue to roll with Sanders under center going forward, and if the 49ers will have to account for him in Week 13.
After Cleveland's win over the Las Vegas Raiders, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski wasn't interested in making any announcements about their future at the quarterback position. However, on Monday, Stefanski officially made the decision to start the rookie next week.
Sanders gained a ton of attention during his college career, split between Jackson State and Colorado, as he followed his coach and father to both schools. While he was originally expected to be a borderline Day 1 pick, he fell all the way to the fifth round.
