The more the NFC South changes, the more it stays the same. After the first 12 weeks of the 2025 NFL season, there is no clear front-runner. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have lost three games in a row since their 6-2 start, dropping to 6-5 following Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
Plus, Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield suffered a shoulder strain and could miss some time. The Carolina Panthers bounced back from an 0-2 start to make a mid-season push for the division, however, they fell short against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night and now sit at 6-6.

After defeating the Buffalo Bills to improve to 3-2, the Falcons lost five straight games to fall to 3-7. Finally, the team was able to end the streak by defeating the New Orleans Saints in Week 12.
At 4-7, the Falcons are still technically alive in the NFC South hunt. Meanwhile, the Saints are out of the picture at 2-9. With six weeks left in the season, let's check out each division team's remaining schedule.
