Tua Tagovailoa, Kenneth Gainwell, Andrei Iosivas and the Los Angeles Chargers defense/special teams are among my other targets.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementNo teams are on bye this week, but you should still search for valuable players to grab off your waiver wire or as available free agents. Be sure to monitor your league's transactions to help improve your roster, while ensuring you make adjustments based on potential lineup absences.
Tee Higgins, Baker Mayfield, Alvin Kamara and J.J. McCarthy were among the players injured in Week 12. Their status and that of other injured players should be monitored.

Trevor Lawrence and Tua Tagovailoa are my top quarterback targets this week, but should only be plugged in if your normal starter is injured or is going into a very difficult matchup.
Lawrence threw for 256 yards and three scores, but also tossed three interceptions in Week 12. I expect another high-volume performance from Lawrence this weekend, when his Jacksonville Jaguars face the Tennessee Titans.
The Titans allowed the 13th-most fantasy points and passing yards per game to quarterbacks so far this season. Thy also allowed multiple touchdown passes to quarterbacks in four of their last five games. Lawrence has a decent shot of throwing for at least 250 passing yards and two scores. He is a borderline QB1.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementTagovailoa is a bit more of a risky play. The Miami Dolphins quarterback failed to throw a touchdown pass in three of his last five starts. He also failed to reach 175 passing yards in three of his last five appearances.
Despite that lack of success, I expect a borderline QB1 performance from Tagovailoa when the Dolphins host the New Orleans Saints on Sunday in Miami Gardens, Fla.
The Saints allowed the 17th-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks so far this season. They surrendered 199 passing yards and two passing scores to Kirk Cousins in Week 12. They also allowed multiple touchdown passes in eight of 11 games. Look for Tagovailoa to find the end zone twice in this meeting.
RUNNING BACK
Devin Neal is my top overall waiver wire priority for Week 13. The New Orleans Saints running back should provide RB2/flex level production if starter Alvin Kamara misses time due to the knee injury he sustained in Week 12.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThat run could start Sunday, when the Saints face the Miami Dolphins, who allowed the fifth-most rushing yards, sixth-most receiving yards and 11th-most fantasy points per game to running backs so far this season.
The Saints' offense already was struggling due to a lack of explosion. With Neal remaining as one of their few weapons, I expect his workload to translate to solid fantasy football production down the stretch. He is a must-own player, even if you don't need a running back.
The Saints' schedule beyond Week 13 includes additional favorable matchups against the the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers and New York Jets. Neal, who logged 61 yards from scrimmage on 12 touches in Week 12, could be a league winner, depending on Kamara's status.
Kenneth Gainwell, Chris Rodriguez and Dylan Sampson are among the other running backs worth targeting in Week 13.

Parker Washington and Andrei Iosivas are the top wide receivers I would look into if you are in need of production from the position.
Washington provided high-end WR2 production when he averaged the 18th-most fantasy points per game among wide receivers over the lats four weeks. He scored in two of his last three appearances. He also drew at least seven targets in four of his last five appearances.
This week, Washington and the Jacksonville jaguars will take on the Tennessee Titans, who allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers so far this season. They also just surrendered 167 yards and two scores to Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba in Week 12.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementWashington has a great shot to once again provide WR2 value.
Iosivas matched his season-high with seven targets in Week 11, when he stepped up while the Cincinnati Bengals played without star pass catcher Ja'Marr Chase. This week, the Bengals will be without Tee Higgins, who is in the concussion protocol.
Iosivas is likely a touchdown or bust play, but can be plugged in as a dart-throw if you are in need of a WR3 with upside.
The Bengals also have a Week 13 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens, who allowed the 11th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers through 12 weeks.
TIGHT END
Dalton Schultz is my top tight end target for Week 13. The Houston Texans pass catcher hauled in just one of his four targets in Week 12, but should rebound Sunday in a good matchup with the Indianapolis Colts.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe Colts allowed the second-most receiving yards and sixth-most fantasy points per game to tight ends so far this season. They also surrendered four touchdowns to the position over their last six games.
I expect Shultz to log at least five catches. He also should see plenty of red zone looks in this favorable matchup.
