Just a quick PSA: today could be your last chance to score some of the best gaming laptop deals of the entire year in the Walmart last-minute sale ahead of Christmas. The retailer currently has massive discounts of up to $700 off machines with the latest RTX 5000 series graphics cards, including options for all budgets.

The best deal? It's easily the MSI Vector for $1,299 (was $1,999) – a machine that's the cheapest this year to feature an RTX 5070 TI graphics card. While it isn't exactly a budget buy, the combination of an RTX 5070 Ti and a powerful Ryzen 9 chipset means this one is excellent value. And, it should last a few good years, at least.

If you're on a budget, then this Acer Nitro V with an RTX 5050 for $599 (was $799) or this one with an RTX 5060 for $799 (was $999) are also fine choices. Walmart's price cuts make these both some of the cheapest machines you'll find in their respective budget ranges, and they're perfect if you just need something solid without breaking the bank.

It's almost hard to believe you can get a gaming laptop with a powerful RTX 5070 Ti graphics card for just $1,299, but a huge $700 price cut at Walmart makes it possible. Alongside a high-end GPU, this MSI Vector also features an excellent Ryzen 9 chipset and a 240Hz display for smooth frame rates and high performance. The only downside? A relatively meagre 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD, which doesn't go far these days.

You won't find a better gaming laptop for $600 than this Acer Nitro V at Walmart. Sure, it isn't a high-end machine, but the combination of an RTX 5050 graphics card and Ryzen 5 chipset gets you a great level of performance for the price. For casual 1080p gaming, this one is absolutely perfect.

This Acer Nitro V is the cheapest machine I've ever seen with the latest RTX 5060 graphics card. Naturally, it's a fantastic choice if you need a laptop with some power but don't want to spend huge amounts. For $800, you definitely can't go wrong here, considering you get an RTX 5060, an up-to-date Ultra 7 chipset and a spacious 1TB storage drive.

The incredible gaming laptop deals don't stop at cheaper models today at Walmart - here's an MSI Katana with an RTX 5070 for an almost unbelievable $1,049, thanks to a healthy $450 discount. Alongside a powerful graphics card, this machine also features an excellent Core i7-14650HX chipset, meaning it should provide plenty of performance for its  15.6-inch QHD 165Hz display.
