The Ohio State Buckeyes spend yet another week at the top of the AP Poll after the most recent rankings were released on Sunday afternoon.

The Buckeyes are quite comfortable at the top of the rankings, as they have now been there for every week of the 2025 season. Below them this week was very little movement, another indicator that the rankings are nearly set and the season is coming to a close.

The sad reality leads the way for the start of the postseason, which everyone is craving. The 12-team playoff was largely a success last year, and this year it is projecting some incredible matchups.

Looking down the list in this week's AP Ranking, the movement was very small for the teams that will be relevant in the Playoff conversation. The biggest move was the Oregon Ducks, who jumped on spot to No. 5 after their nice win over the USC Trojans.

On the flip side of Oregon's jump was USC's fall, as the Trojans took a dip from No. 16 to No. 19, just one spot ahead of the James Madison Dukes, who check in at No. 20. JMU has the inside track to get the Group of 5 bid this year.

Back in the top-10, the Ducks moved up to 5, which caused a major shift. The Ole Miss Rebels move down a spot to No. 6, while Texas Tech moves down to No. 7. Oklahoma, Notre Dame and Alabama round out the top-10 after they all took care of business on Saturday.

Spots No. 11 through No. 15 are significant, and there are some teams and brands in here that will find themselves on the outside looking in if their rivalry matchups go the wrong way this week.

First up is BYU, who checks in at No. 11 after a hard-nosed win over the Cincinnati Bearcats in Nippert Stadium late on Saturday night. They flew across the country and went into a rowdy environment and pounded the Bearcats, resulting in an impressive performance by the Cougars.

Miami and the Utah Utes flipped spots at No. 13 and No. 14, and the big mover this week was the Michigan Wolverines, who took it to the Maryland Terrapins, causing them to move from No. 18 to No. 15.

Michigan has the most to prove this weekend as it gets the Big House ready for its bi-annual home date with the Ohio State Buckeyes. It has been four years of pure domination for the Wolverines over four very good Ohio State teams.

If the Wolverines can pull this one off they will find themselves back in the postseason.

The final week of the regular season is up next and in that last week there will be a ton of shake up coming our way Sunday morning.
