By Matthew CoudenShareNewsweek is a Trust Project memberDuring WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, the tradition continued with men's and women's WarGames matches. The women's match led the show, while the men's match, featuring CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and The Usos, held the main event spot.
Punk's team battled against a powerful force guided by Paul Heyman, which featured Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar. During one of the big spots in the match, Rhodes picked up Breakker on his shoulders and walked across the ring, where Punk leapt off the corner for a Doomsday Device.
The move, which Legion of Doom famously used by clotheslining an opponent down, seemed to go wrong as Breakker landed badly, and seemed a bit dazed after the spot. During a recent video review, a former WWE champion called out Punk for making a "scary" mistake with how he performed the move.

...Former Hardcore champion Stevie Richards, appearing on his "The Stevie Richards Show," reviewed footage of the Doomsday Device move and how Punk jumped off the corner to take Breakker down.
"Punk didn't even clothesline him. Did you notice that?" he asked, adding, "He didn't even get him. He like kind of palm-striked him in the chest."
"That's the part that absolutely goes wrong," Richards indicated, suggesting Rhodes did his part by holding up Breakker and pushing on his knees, but Punk needed to "drive through" with a good clothesline to flip Breakker for the proper landing on the mat.
Richards called it "scary" how Breakker landed on the side of his neck and feet over his head, suggesting that someone could "break their neck" from that. He also said Breakker sat up for a while and almost seemed to be feeling the effects of a concussion.
"It mostly goes on Punk, because Bron Breakker can't really do anything but rely on Cody and Punk to flip his body over for the Doomsday Device," he said.
Breakker went on to complete the match by spearing and pinning CM Punk. He also appeared two nights later for "Monday Night Raw" and cut a promo that many people are praising. While WWE didn't report any injuries afterward, Richards said he had "no doubt that Bron Breakker got a concussion" from landing badly.
