Why Carson Sneed signed with North Carolina: He believes in Bill Belichick

DCA's Carson Sneed, a three-star tight end, writes for The Tennessean on why he signed with North Carolina football. Sneed is a 6-foot-6, 245-pound athlete. He originally committed to Tennessee before flipping to the Tar Heels in August.

I decided to stick it out and sign with UNC because I believe in what coach (Bill) Belichick is doing.

If you take a look at the season we are just a couple plays away from being an eight, or even nine-win team. I think with my class coming in we are all hungry and will play young leading it to carry over in two or three years and we will be one of the top teams in America.

And really for a tight end I’ve said it over and over, there is no other offense a tight end should want to play in, loading up in 12 and 13 personnel.
