Milwaukee-area high school football athletes sign with colleges

Wednesday, Dec. 3, marks the start of the three-day early signing period for college football recruiting as the calendar year comes to a close.

It's a chaotic time for college programs across the nation with some preparing for postseason play, and some Milwaukee area athletes could find themselves on the big stage in the near future.

Here are the area athletes who have signed during the early period.

Franklin: Division I – Eli Deutsch, LS/DL, University of Alabama; Dominick Walters, S, South Dakota State University; Division II – Henry Vallee, OT, University of Sioux Falls; Division III – Justin Woods, DT, UW-Whitewater.

Mukwonago: Division I – Devin Viola, DB, Illinois State University.

Port Washington: Division I – Izaiah Scheftgen, ILB, University of St. Thomas (MN).

Racine Case: Division I – Michael Farr, WR/DB, South Dakota State University; Declan Nason, OL, Army.

University School of Milwaukee: Division III – CJ Golinvaux, LB, Saint John’s University (MN).

Whitnall: Division III – Max Palmtag, WR, UW-La Crosse.
