The Atlanta Falcons are hoping to get wide receiver Drake London back in Week 14.

London has been sidelined for each of the past two games due to a PCL injury he sustained in Week 11, which forced his early exit from the game.

When asked about London on Wednesday, Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said that he would not practice, but added that London will be doing work on a side field.

Morris still considers London day to day, according to Will McFadden of AtlantaFalcons.com, which is at least an upgrade from last week.

"Raheem Morris says Drake London won't be doing 'practice stuff' today, but that he will do some running off to the side with trainers. Said he still maintains the 'day-to-day' label," McFadden wrote.

What this means for London in Week 14

So, this is good news and bad news.

The fact London still can't practice two weeks removed from his injury isn't a great sign for his chances of suiting up in Week 14. We were hoping to see him at least take part in a limited fashion.

On the flip side, the fact that London is doing any work at all amounts to a step in the right direction for him and at least keeps the door slightly ajar for London's ability to play on Sunday.

With Wednesday already decided, we'll now turn our attention to Thursday to see if London can get back on the practice field.

Any semblance of participation tomorrow would be a good sign for his chances of playing in Week 14.
