Like an ever-changing stock exchange, approval ratings with this Philadelphia Eagles team fluctuate. Nick Sirianni and Jalen Hurts' stock has never been higher than it is now, after the Super Bowl. They've never been lower than they were after the collapse in 2023.

We stand right above the latter presently. No one is calling for Sirianni's job yet, but there is public outcry for change.

Some want Kevin Patullo fired. Recently, his house was vandalized. Hurts' name is now part of the firestorm. Some want him benched and the football in Tanner McKee's hands.

Coach Sirianni joined 94 WIP-FM's Morning Show to discuss all things Eagles. He was asked about how he'll steer this ship. His response was pretty much what one would expect of him.

Nick Sirianni will continue to preach the message of 'consistency'.

There won't be any demotions or changes at play caller, at least not for right now. Jalen Hurts isn't headed to the Eagles' bench. Tanner McKee won't be starting anytime soon.

Nick Sirianni? His job is also safe, seemingly. The good news is he has steered his team through troubled waters before. While speaking with Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie, he explained how he plans to rehabilitate the culture. His approach and answer shouldn't surprise anyone. It's about one word, 'consistency'.

He has earned the right to fix this. Some think he can't. Let's hope he does. This is too talented a team to see a season go to waste. This is too good a coach to guide his team to two late-season collapses in three NFL seasons.
