Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2027 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to four-star cornerback Gabriel Osborne Jr.
“I am blessed to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee, who currently has two of the best corners in the nation,” Osborne announced.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe 6-foot-2, 180-pound prospect is from Mustang High School in Mustang, Oklahoma. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 12 cornerback in the class and No. 3 player in Oklahoma.
Boston College was the first school to offer Osborne a scholarship on Oct. 10, 2024. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Tulsa, Kansas State, Arizona State, Baylor, Oklahoma, Tulane, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, LSU, Kansas, Miami, Texas, Nebraska, Missouri, Texas Tech, Ohio State, Florida State and Alabama.
Tennessee has four commitments in its 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, cornerback Kamauri Whitfield, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo and defensive lineman Kadin Fife.
