LSU flips 2026 IOL Ryan Miret from Ole Miss

Miami Southridge three-star interior offensive lineman Ryan Miret has flipped his commitment from Ole Miss to LSU, according to Rivals’ Hayes Fawcett.

It’s the second flip of the day for new Tigers head coach Lane Kiffin, as LSU also landed four-star tight end JC Anderson, who flipped from the Rebels as well. Miret was committed to Ole Miss since June 16, when he chose them over Nebraska and Georgia Tech, among others.

Miret is the No. 871 overall prospect and No. 81 IOL in the 2026 cycle, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 93 recruit in the Sunshine State.

There’s been tons of fluctuation in LSU’s recruiting class in the short period since Kiffin was hired. Miret is the latest to make the move from Oxford to Baton Rouge ahead of National Signing Day.
