PFL signs Montana De La Rosa

Montana De La Rosa has joined the PFL.

A 12-time UFC competitor and "The Ultimate Fighter 26" semifinalist, De La Rosa (13-9-1) has signed a multifight agreement, two people with knowledge of the signing including her manager Oren Hodak, of KO Reps, told MMA Junkie on Tuesday.

Despite her final UFC bout being a win, De La Rosa was not re-signed after she was paid out for a March booking that was canceled due her scheduled opponent Luana Carolina missing weight by a large margin. Carolina remains on the UFC roster.

De La Rosa departed the UFC with a 6-5-1 UFC record including victories over Andrea Lee, Ariane da Silva, and Rachael Ostovich among others.

De La Rosa is expected to make her PFL debut in the coming months, as she joins a crowded women's flyweight division that also includes the likes of Dakotcha Ditcheva, Liz Carmouche, Juliana Velasquez, and Taila Santos, as well as recently signed Viviane Araujo and the aforementioned Ariane da Silva.
