National Signing Day is tomorrow, which means that we will get to see the next batch of Scarlet Knights officially sign with Rutgers football! While we discussed many of the commitments as they happened, it has been a few months, and with all the action on the field this season, recruiting has taken a backseat. But not anymore, as programs are hitting the recruiting trails hard, looking to complete their classes as preparation for 2026 begins.

The Scarlet Knights’ 2026 recruiting class currently ranks 36th in the country and 10th in the Big Ten, according to the 247Sports Composite recruiting rankings. This includes 22 commits, with 3 four-stars and 19 three-stars in the fold. The three four-stars are wide receiver Dyzier Carter (Virginia), offensive lineman Jared Smith (Georgia), and defensive back Chris Hewitt Jr. (Maryland).

Rutgers recently secured the commitment of athlete RJ Wortman, a phenomenal wide receiver from Colonia High School who also plays defensive back and returns punts. They also flipped the commitment of defensive back Devonte Anderson, a ballhawking boundary corner that was previously committed to Louisville.

Here is the full list of commitments to date. Rankings are according to 247sports.
