Ducks vs Blues Predictions, Picks & Best Bet for Tonight’s NHL GameStory byTodd CordellMon, December 1, 2025 at 10:02 PM UTC·3 min read

St. Louis Blues forward Jordan Kyrou loves playing the Anaheim Ducks, as he's hit the scoresheet in seven of their past nine head-to-head meetings, with three multi-point outings in his last four chances.

My Ducks vs. Blues predictions see more of the same for Kyrou against a fatigued Ducks team missing its No. 1 goaltender.

Ducks vs Blues prediction

Ducks vs Blues Best bet: Jordan Kyrou Over 0.5 points (-120)

Jordan Kyrou is having a disappointing season by his usual standards. He recorded at least 67 points in each of the past four seasons, but is pacing for just 46 points thus far.

St. Louis Blues head coach Jim Montgomery has made some changes to the lineup in an effort to get Kyrou — and the team as a whole — back on track.

Kyrou finds himself riding shotgun with Robert Thomas at 5-on-5 and on the No. 1 power play, giving him an elite playmaker by his side.

Since the beginning of last season, Kyrou has averaged a healthy 2.36 points per 60 minutes of 5-on-5 play and has shown upticks in shots, scoring chances, and expected goals when playing with Thomas, who clearly gets the best out of him.

The matchup is also excellent. The Anaheim Ducks have subpar defensive metrics across the board, and they’re playing in the latter half of a road back-to-back.

Not only that — they’re doing so without starting goaltender Lukas Dostal. That leaves them with a tandem of Petr Mrazek (.876 SV%) and Ville Husso (.820 SV%), who are more likely to allow goals they shouldn’t than mask mistakes in front of them.

Ducks vs Blues same-game parlay

The Ducks have struggled on the penalty kill, allowing a goal in six of the past seven and multiple goals twice. Their short-handed woes should greatly benefit former Ducks defenseman Cam Fowler, who quarterbacks the Blues' top power play.

Pavel Buchnevich has multiple shots in four of his past five home games and should see an uptick against the Ducks, who have given up the third-most shots to wingers over the last 10.

Ducks vs Blues 3-leg SGP

  • Jordan Kyrou Over 0.5 points

  • Cam Fowler Over 0.5 assists

  • Pavel Buchnevich Over 1.5 shots on goal
