Continue to check back with us as we will be adding more information as it becomes available.Pluribus episode 5 is getting an early release from Apple TV, with a new episode of the sci-fi thriller arriving ahead of its typical Friday release slot. The story of Pluribus has been unfolding week-to-week on Apple TV, with the Rhea Seehorn-led post-apocalyptic series continuing to build atop its intriguing premise of Carol (Seehorn) fighting against humanity's shared consciousness.
Now, Apple TV has announced that Pluribus episode 5 will be arriving on Wednesday, November 26, two days ahead of when it would usually air. The announcement comes ahead of Thanksgiving in the United States, which is the most likely explanation for why the new episode is going to be arriving two days ahead of schedule. See the announcement below:
Pluribus episode 4 widened the world of the series, showcasing the perspective of Manousos (Carlos Manuel Vesga), the survivor in Puraguay, when Carol calls him. It also revealed the hive mind knows there is a way to reverse the effects of the virus, but refuses to answer any questions about it despite their inability to lie.
Episode 4 ended with Carol nearly killing Zosia (Karolina Wydra) in her attempt to gather more information. Luckily, the collective bodies surrounding her arrived to save her life. However, there's no indication as to what this means for the pair moving forward, nor how Carol is going to discover the truth. Luckily, answers will come earlier than expected.
More to come...
