Christmas delivery and returns at Dyson

Dyson makes Christmas shopping stress-free with fast, reliable delivery and a generous returns policy. Orders placed before 6pm, including at weekends, are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery across the UK, with free delivery and specific time windows to suit busy schedules.

When it comes to returns, Dyson offers an extended Christmas returns policy: any online or in-store purchases made between 24  October and 24 December 2025 can be returned until 31 January 2026. To receive a full refund, all goods should be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Dyson covers return shipping costs, with refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, ensuring a hassle-free festive shopping experience.

To make a claim, simply contact Dyson customer service with your order number and proof of the lower price (such as a screenshot or link) and once verified, it’ll process your refund.

Get free delivery on your order

Dyson also offers free next-day delivery on orders of more than £35. Just remember to place your order before 9pm and it’ll arrive within 24 hours, even on weekends. For accessories and spare parts, delivery may take slightly longer, usually between five and seven days. Orders under £35 will incur a small delivery fee of £3.
