Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Lebohang Maboe has weighed in on how the Soweto giants can reign supreme over Egyptian giants Zamalek SC in the CAF Confederation Cup on Saturday (15h00).

Chiefs sit in third place, while the two-time Confed Cup winners head into the match sitting atop the standings as they secured a dominant win over Zesco United in matchday one.
With the crucial encounter looming, Maboe has urged his teammates to have a killer instinct in the final third, stressing how continental matches can change in the blink of an eye.
“CAF games give you that false sense of being in control of the game. Looking at the game [vs Al Masry] in the first half, we were in control but the game can literally change within a split second,” said the former Mamelodi Sundowns star.

"Getting goals is the most important thing and that's how you win games, so if we don't score goals obviously we won't win any games. I think we just need to convert the half chances that we get.
On his lack of game time since signing for Chiefs, the 31-year-old midfield maestro is bidding his time as he remains optimistic of getting a chance to dictate the play in the heart of midfield.
“I have settled in very well. I know my chance will come, my teammates were doing very well and I know myself, I trust my abilities and it's just a matter of time. I know definitely my chance will do come,” Maboe added.
