Head coach Dan Campbell praised the Detroit Lions for their overtime win over the New York Giants on Sunday at Ford Field, but wanted them to keep their eye on the prize: Green Bay later this week.
"Holy crap, guys," Campbell started in the Lions locker room after the 34-27 win over New York on Nov. 23. "That’s a heck of a win, man.

Campbell then gave a shout-out to Lions defensive end and $180-million man Aidan Hutchinson, who grabbed Giants quarterback Jameis Winston from behind to record a walk-off sack in overtime.
"Hutch, great job there at the end. It’s unbelievable," Campbell said.
Moving on to the offense, Campbell said "Alright, offense when we needed it. Bates, all that."
Campbell was referring to kicker Jake Bates' game-tying, 59-yard field goal with 33 seconds left in regulation. It was his career long and tied a franchise record for distance.

Campbell's focus then shifted to Thursday's Thanksgiving showdown against the NFC North rival Packers (1 p.m., Fox).
"The big thing this week is going to be Green Bay, right?" he says. "… three days to get ready for them.
"… and then we go 2-0. … Alright, we just won one. One of three basically at home."
Game balls went to Hutchinson, punter Jack Fox and running back Jahmyr Gibbs, who amassed a whopping 264 total yards and three touchdowns in the win.

"Proud of you guys. That’s a way to hang in there and get this win."
